I. Performance and Applications

▲ Specifically designed for high silica water quality, effectively controlling silica content on the concentrate side up to 400ppm;

▲ Effectively controls inorganic scaling over a wide concentration range, with a maximum allowable LSI value of 3.0 without acid addition;

▲ Does not form insoluble precipitates with iron/aluminum oxides and silicon compounds;

▲ Suitable for reverse osmosis CA and TFC membranes, nanofiltration membranes, and ultrafiltration membranes;

▲ Excellent solubility and stability;

▲ Effective within feedwater pH range of 5-10.

III. Dosage Instructions

Calculate the appropriate dosage concentration based on water quality analysis reports and system conditions. Typical dosage concentration is 3-8 ppm, diluted 10 times with desalinated water.

IV. Usage Method

▲ Add the chemical before the security filter;

▲ Calibrate the actual output of the dosing pump;

▲ Stir the prepared solution thoroughly for 15-20 minutes;

▲ Regularly clean the dosing tank to prevent bacterial growth.

V. Packaging and Storage

※   Packaged in plastic drums, 25kg or 20kg per drum.

※   Stable physicochemical properties, store in a cool place, shelf life of 2 years.

VI. Safety Precautions

Observe labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water if contact occurs.
